We get a lot of questions. Here are just a few...

FAQ: Who attends FallsCreek?

People from all walks of life. Everyone is welcome regardless of race or creed. We don't care where you come from, all we care about is where you are going and we will help you get there.

FAQ: I absolutely do not believe in God. Am I still welcome?

Yes, you absolutely are welcome. We do expect that you'll be open to exploring your questions about God and wrestling with what you find. And we do expect you to believe we're funny. Or at least fake it!

FAQ: Who funds this place?

Let's be clear on who is NOT funding this place: there are no corporate sponsors or franchise affiliations, and there's no phantom fat cat paying for the building. It's the generosity of everyday people in our community that fuels the life change we experience around here. Our support comes from the normal tithes (10 percent of earnings) and offerings of average folks who love contributing to the kinds of things they see God doing in our midst. If you are a guest we might ask you not to participate in the offering. The offering is for those who are part of the FallsCreek family. Instead of wanting you to give something, we want you to get something!

FAQ: Are all the people working at FallsCreek on staff?

Nope. Believe it or not, from the coffee you drink to the mail you get, 94.6% of the FallsCreek stuff you encounter results from volunteers. Volunteers care for our kids, take out the trash and sing on main stage.

FAQ: What kind of clothes can I wear?

Most of the people who attend FallsCreek dress casual. Ties and sport coats are welcome. We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear. So, dress comfortably and you'll fit right in.

FAQ: What can I expect in a church service?

FallsCreek worship is a combination of upbeat music, drama and practical teaching based on Biblical principles. We'll even give you a helpful outline on a large screen with the Bible passages. What you learn on the weekend, you'll be able to use during the week. We want to help you connect with the personal hope and practical help that God can give us.

FAQ: What's in it for my kids?

We know that as a parent, you need to be sure that your children are in a SAFE learning environment. And we know that your children are looking for a FUN place to learn. We've invested a lot to make sure that both of these goals are reached. You'll see that in the buildings the children and students meet in, and even more in the volunteers who work with your kids.

FAQ: Who is Jesus?

He is the Son of God who came into this world to make a way for people to get to God by dying on a cross so that whoever accepts His payment for their sin becomes a true believer. That is called "Salvation". God has a plan for each one of us. He created us for a reason. He wants to be with us and He wants each one of us to have a meaningful and abundant life here and eternal life with Him in Heaven. This is available to anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

FAQ: What do you believe?

The Bible is God's perfect guidebook for living. Jesus is God showing himself to us. Nothing in creation "just happened". God made it all. Grace is the only way to have a relationship with God. Faith is the only way to grow in our relationship with God. God has allowed evil to provide us with a choice, God can bring good even out of evil events and God promises victory over evil to those who choose Him. Heaven and hell are real places. Death is a beginning, not the end. The church is to serve people like Jesus served people.

FAQ: How can I know God?

Christianity is not a religion. It is a personal relationship with God. "for now we are all children of God through faith in Jesus Christ..." - Galatians 3:26 (LB) Simply put, you know God through Jesus Christ. Jesus said, If you know me, you know the Father.
